We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its location right on the major shopping centre, close to shops and restaurants, and in the city centre. We loved that it was right across from the shopping centre, adding to our convenience. the staff was very nice and helpful.

We stayed at a hotel located perfectly for those who love to shop and eat. Just next to a shopping mall, we could easily grab food and stock products without having to go too far. the location also provided us with easy access to the city's main attractions. the room was spotless, and the bathroom was free of any mold. Breakfast offered delicious Brazilian-style food which we enjoyed every morning.
The staff at the hotel could have been better trained and certainly more helpful.

Amazing stay during Easter! the rooms were small, yet clean with comfortable beds. the hotel's location was fantastic as it was close to a shopping mall where we could grab food and enjoy some shopping. What's more, we loved the 24-hour reception since we arrived quite late on our first night.
The breakfast was not included in our rate and was a bit pricey for our budget. The noise from the street was also disturbing at night, but we managed to sleep through it.

Great place to stay! the hotel is in an excellent location, close to a shopping mall and other attractions. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making my stay much more enjoyable. the rooms are comfortable and clean, offering everything I needed for a great stay.
Some communication issues. At times, the staff seemed more focused on getting my payment than ensuring my satisfaction.
